Hazira is 300 kilometres north of Mumbai, 21 kilometres from Surat city and 31 kilometres from Udhana. Access is via NH-6 and NH-8. It is located on the bank of the Tapti River, eight kilometres from the Arabian Sea. Hazira is also known as the industrial hub of India with major industrial and shipping facilities.

Ashapura CFS Pvt. Ltd. is located on the West side of Hazira. The strategic location close to the Adani Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. (AHPPL) Station has encouraged it to come up with their own Container Freight station which is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern infrastructure for material handling and storage. Ashapura CFS has developed a state of the art CFS facility at Hazira, Gujarat.

Container Yard

The Container Yard at Hazira is spread over 50000 Sq. M. with 500 ground slots that converts to a handling capacity of over 4000 TEU’s/month, ensuring enough space availability for all sort of customer needs. (Dry boxes, Refer Boxes and ODC/OOG cargo)

Reefer Facility

The yard has a facility for 06 Reefer Points with provision to accommodate more, if required.

Empty Container Yard

The CFS at Hazira has a separate dedicated space of 15,000 Sq. M. to facilitate storage, movement and maintenance of of empty containers under the guidance and supervision of skilled and experienced team.

A Separate office block provision is made inside the facility for handling Customs, Shipping Lines/Agent, CHA’s, and Surveyors within the Administration Building.
EDI Connectivity and Hi-End Computer Systems are available at our CFS. The entire process from the Order of the Business to Gate-Dispatch of the Cargo/Container along with the billing is recorded in our secure software application.
Every customer has access to real time tracking of the container over the internet.
Safety is our primary concern and thus we have installed the latest and the most modern fire-fighting systems at our facility that is clubbed with smoke detection and alarm systems and a sprinkler system to curb the flames instantly reducing chances of any damage to the property and goods kept there.
There is one 100 tonne electronic weigh bridges for all the incoming and outgoing containers and truck trailers at the facility.
Exim and domestic container handling facility
High Illumination Mast Lighting and Warehouse Lighting has been installed for better visibility, safety and security at the warehouse.
Add-on services like Fumigation, Lashing, Chocking, Palletisation and Shrink Wrapping are available at the facility.
The premises is in safe hands with our trusted security team, manning the place 24×7 under strict vigilance. For added security the CFS is also monitored remotely and on site with high definition CCTV Surveillance Cameras that are activated 24×7 and have a backup facility of up to 45 Days. Security is tightly roped and connected with Walkie-Talkie (VHF) devices and metal detectors and all access control for personnel movement and monitoring on the property.
First Aid and Medical Emergency Ambulance Facility is always on Standby at the facility.
Keeping up trend with technology, we are also in process of installing an automated container location finding system to ease locating containers docked in at the facility. This technology is powered by RFID Tags System and will enhance productivity and faster vehicle turnaround time.
We also have an on-location bank Branched by the State Bank of India to ease Duty payment and other Finance Related activities.
